The term “hacking” has become widely used as a synonym for “computer intrusion” or “cyber attack,” which has led to some confusion regarding its true definition and scope.
However, hacking actually refers to the activity of exploring, analyzing, and modifying computer systems and networks with the goal of improving how they work, discovering new ways of doing things, uncovering vulnerabilities, and helping to mitigate them.
At Hackvolution, we will use this same philosophy to solve several challenges faced by Spanish-speaking countries through education in information technology and cybersecurity
The Hackvolution Team is characterized by non-discrimination based on sex, physical characteristics, age, race, political affiliation, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, level of experience, personal appearance, etc. People are valued only for their character and the way they think. In the world of computers, you often do not know who is on the other side, so what truly matters are your ideas, your mindset, and how you relate to others, both inside and outside our group.
Our goal is to be a force for change to improve the lives of each of our members, their families, their communities, their countries, and ultimately the world. To achieve this, we will start by improving ourselves, becoming a little better every day, and supporting each other.
